Each piece is handmade to order, which means it takes time and care before it’s ready to ship.

Please allow 1–2 weeks of production time before your order is dispatched.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If a repair requires sending your piece back, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• We are not responsible for postal delays, customs holds, or delivery issues once the package has left our studio.
